UK domestic shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt and orders are dispatched 5 days a week (Mon- Fri) excluding Bank Holidays and company holidays, which will be shown on the website.
Delivery times are for in-stock products only. As a rule, orders are not split for delivery, so if your order contains multiple items, of which at least one is made-to-order or a commission, then we will dispatch your entire order once all items are completed. We will send you a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
All products within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Next Day, for orders (in stock items) placed before noon (Mon - Fri) via Royal Mail Special Delivery - £11.00
Packaging
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded mailing box or bag/envelope. Inside it, your jewellery is packaged in a branded jewellery box. Handbags will be packed in a dust bag and then into the outer packaging.
Please contact us via email or call +44 1392 927733 prior to ordering from abroad, so that the appropriate postage type and transit insurance cost can be calculated.
Returns & Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy is in line with the current regulations regarding distance selling.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, refund or an exchange.
You have 14 days to return such an item to us, unused, in its original package using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
Returns postage cost is payable by the customer
You will receive a refund within 14 days of the item being received by us
The refund pertains to the price of the item, postage costs are non-refundable
Taxes cannot be refunded by us on international orders - these must be claimed in the country where you reside
Items damaged due to customer use are not eligible for refunds.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Made-to-order items and custom commissions are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These items are exempt from the standard return policy outlined above. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will promptly repair it and return it to you as soon as the work is completed.
